Use any other app for this like GameChanger. This app is bad at communication and the ads are shown way too much. I will be switching my league to another app - save yourself the trouble.

As a mom of four with all in sports, I rely heavily on scheduling apps & the information communicated within the app. TeamSnap has potential, but it’s missing essential game-day features: • Expected athlete arrival time (separate from game start) • Game start & end time • Required uniform • Home / Away Designation Without these dedicated fields, important details get buried in lengthy team chats that parents don’t have time to scroll through, past the nonsense unrelated chatter. Calendar subscriptions become nearly useless when key information isn’t included in events. These missing features also limit athlete independence. Kids should be able to open the app and prepare for their game — when, what & where — in full detail — without relying on parents to communicate all information for their games. Adding these simple features would make TeamSnap a far more valuable tool for busy sports families!

Helpful with multiple teams, easy to use. The payment option is awesome. I also like that I can save documents in team snap that can be shared with the entire crew.

The ads are way too obtrusive. I just force close and reopen the app then quickly click on the chat or the schedule section.

Latest update has fixed Message rendering problem causing blurred messages.

My chat messages are blurred out with latest update, can’t see anything to respond to parents

I use TeamSnap every day and especially rely on the chat feature. Since I updated to iOS 27, I cannot see the chat messages. I get alerts and see the previews, but the screen is totally blank if I open the chat. This is a major disappointment. I hope the app devs will issue an update to fix this soon!

As the title says, the last update broke the chat. Messages are completely illegible as there is a frosted blur over the whole chat window.
