Confusing, unclear, awful can’t even send a review without issues! I have to constantly sign in even though I said keep me signed in. Super sensitive when trying to scroll in pharmacy portions. So many annoying issues

Is useful however to refill a prescription it showed the retail price 11x usual price. Was a real shock. Wasted time not being able to refill from the app as wasn’t going to pay retail. Cannot function well without this Rx for work and chores. Thus had to reach out to the pharmacy. They don’t answer the phone. Leave a message wait for them to call back. Turns out was my regular monthly price. On the plus side I can actually see this Rx to renew from the app. Used to have to call in every 30 days.

Takes an ungodly long time to navigate with 10 second loading times and broken buttons. Pretty insane to push an update this bad

During the tsunami alert a couple weeks ago i was filling a much needed prescription. Amy and the pharmacy staff was soooo professional and kind. Alot if crazyness in the mall but emily daisy and leader amy handled it sooo calmly and filled my prescription and got me on my way to higher ground. They closed right after looking after their employees. I love cvs lahaina!!!!! And amy and her team. Thank u!!!!!!

Whenever I scroll down to view the medication list in the CVS app it will keep flipping over to medication description page and I have to keep finding my way back to medication list. When scrolling down medication list it is too sensitive to the touch and continuously flips to alternate page…

This app is why I don’t shop at CVS. I’ll often have a full basket only for it to be empty when I go to pay! Guess it’s off to Walgreens.

Switched from Rite Aid to CVS after the buyout. Registration was easy, but prescription service is terrible—multiple orders delayed over a week with no updates. This is unacceptable for essential medications. Moved everything to Amazon Pharmacy, where service is fast and reliable. CVS has lost my business.

App itself is a nightmare to use. Used to only request access to Bluetooth when running in background. Now it does it regardless. This is the most noticeably invasive app on my phone, and I am seriously considering “deleting, then reinstalling, each month; for as long as needed”.

Repeatedly deletes orders, does not identify patients

This app is really unhelpful for ordering prescription refills. It is always telling me I can’t order my refill ahead- but my medication needs to be special ordered so I actually DO need to order it early so the pharmacy has it available but the time I require a refill. The app tries to set so many parameters but doesn’t think through the real life implications for those parameters. And every time I use the app there is a new setting or feature that makes the most simple tasks complicated.
