Unacceptable Delays & Poor Service

Switched from Rite Aid to CVS after the buyout. Registration was easy, but prescription service is terrible—multiple orders delayed over a week with no updates. This is unacceptable for essential medications. Moved everything to Amazon Pharmacy, where service is fast and reliable. CVS has lost my business.

App itself is a nightmare to use. Used to only request access to Bluetooth when running in background. Now it does it regardless.
This is the most noticeably invasive app on my phone, and I am seriously considering “deleting, then reinstalling, each month; for as long as needed”.

This app is really unhelpful for ordering prescription refills. It is always telling me I can’t order my refill ahead- but my medication needs to be special ordered so I actually DO need to order it early so the pharmacy has it available but the time I require a refill. The app tries to set so many parameters but doesn’t think through the real life implications for those parameters. And every time I use the app there is a new setting or feature that makes the most simple tasks complicated.

Glitchy. Deals work - sometimes. Errors, sometimes. CVS should have this running flawlessly. They are better than this. Replace your team and vendor ASAP.

Get on this immediately, CVS. Your app/web designer failed to provide a space to enter the credit card number when adding payment info and meds can’t be delivered without this. 🤦🏻♂️ Dangerous to not be about to get our meds!!

Any app that applies notification badges and then hides the subject of the notification so well that Indiana Jones couldn’t find it is utter and complete garbage. I wish I could rate it negative 10 stars. It’s a steaming pile of cow squeeze, and I’m being generous.
It has to many bugs!

Why are the apps pages larger than my phone frame? It is so hard to navigate, see prices, make selections, shop! It’s been this way forever! Occasionally I can’t get access to my cart. Like now! I need to make a purchase! Why all these issues with the CVS app? More than most others?

Just switched to CVS from Rite Aid. So far so good. I just used the CVS app and used the online to refill 2 prescriptions. I will see how well it works?
