Apple program on an Apple product. Updates break it every time. Whats the point of Apple's ecosystem if their own products/software dont work well together?

The app itself makes it easy to export in various compatible formats beyond what FCP has built-in. Creating custom export profiles makes it easy as well, as portrait formats were not available for social media.

Compressor is relatively easy to use and the ability to set custom formatters to export my projects out of Final Cut Pro is very handy. I also like that it is a powerful tool that doesn't have a subscription. Buy it once, it's yours.

I'm just learning how this application works and it's fantasitc. I primarily use it to transcode video from 4k to 1080p and it's fast. It's also great for large batches. At the current price tag you can't go wrong In my opinion.

This program used to be flawless for transcoding media and burning DVD/Bluray discs. For years now it's been very hit or miss with burning discs across multiple Mac computers and OS versions. Theres seemingly no rhyme or reason to when it will decide to fail to burn.

Well I use it for lots of things like converting image sequences and adjust my videos. It works well and I am no genius but it does what I want it too very well.

Reliable, it works without making the process more complicated, or taking a million extra steps. And yet, I also love that I can customize the process to get the results I want.

I've using compressor for any type of compression format for over 13 years, it's been exelent to me, I will continue using it for as long as it exist.

Works fast and well in the background while you continue to work on other projects. Quality output with the right amount of adjustable parameters.

When I use to compress video to H265, my time of transfer to internet contacts, or Cloud, and Drives is greatly improved
