Hertz did not have my rental even with rsvp. Other vehicles available but wanted to charge more instead of honor their rsvp and price. Hertz never again!!!! Went to enterprise more professional and better customer service. You might want to check your vendor hertz in castleton Indiana. They are scandalous

I booked a flight and I’m trying to check the flight times. The app crashes and now it is saying that my flight is confirmed but it won’t open for me to see the times.

Hotel had no staff after hours and in process of getting refund kept kicking me out of app when switching to get ridiculously long itinerary number and chat is run by people who speak little to no English and inept. First and last time using Expedia app. Before apps they were excellent

If you are looking for peace of mind , don't ever book through Expedia.. They as overall perspective is not responsive..i was surprised to see that they don't have flights on their app for certain destinations..😏😏😏😏i Booked few trips but I understood now they are overall poor and don’t want to improve or take feedback , they ll just revert through automated emails or standard formats..

Very nice, clean hotel with comfortable beds/pillows. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Plus the location was perfect! Downtown without being right on Broadway, which helps for noise since it is rockin all night. Highly recommend!
