everytime i go into the app and watch the show i started now it keeps freezing and i can’t do anything i tried uninstalling it didn’t do anything…i bought the pass but now its saying im watching on another device when im not!!! it’s frustrating.

I download to use on Samsung TV using Apple TV. The app is very finicky. Freeze often and I had to resort to delete and redownload the app to get it to work again. Hope they fix it.

Viki is more than just a streaming app—it’s been my comfort zone and a form of therapy. From the incredible selection of shows to the hilarious, heartfelt community comments and the helpful reviews, everything about it is wonderful. Above all, not having ads makes the viewing experience an absolute dream!

I know I can usually find a drama that I’m looking for on Viki. And the price is great.

I’ve enjoyed watching dramas on Viki, but try never to watch a new series until all episodes have dropped. Especially since Viki will slow the drop of the episodes down to just one daily to draw out the viewers time watching a new series. That is so annoying, especially since I can go online and find that two were released in China, not just one. Annoying!

A veces la aplicación no responde….se congela, se desaparecen las opciones de la pantalla, debo sacarla de la memoria del iPad o IPhone e intentar varias veces hasta que “reacciona” la aplicación….es frustrante!

I used to love this app had so many choices. I could have a line up all week. The past 6 months to a year I manage to watch one series and have to patiently wait for more to come. I love K and C Dramas. But now the app is heavy on BL a d anime which I’m not into. They used to get a lot of C Dramas that I could entertain myself while waiting on a good K Drama but now they barely get those. I pay for the premium versions and have for years but now I might switch to a different app unless it gets better. Also I really wish the app would keep track of what you have watched. Lastly some shows say the next episode will be out and it doesn’t come out, I have to wait another day. So annoying can’t they just release them all. I hate the stupid waiting game, I could go back to live TV if I wanted that.
