Haven’t used snapchat in about 2 years but damn a lot has changed for the negative it keeps sending me notifications when someone uploads a snap now like for every one of my contacts plus they now will delete my past 8 years of memories if i don’t pay up a better way to handle this situation would be if they just stopped allowing you to backup memories and keep what was already uploaded but i’m definitely not using the app after downloading my memories there is no point other apps now do story’s and messages better

paying for memories ? i have two snapchats and it's not allowing me to pay for memories on both one only account ! FIX THIS OR STOP MAKING US PAY FOR OUR MEMORIES. i've had these pictures since 2016 and i cannot risk loosing them nor exporting them on another device.

horrified at the fact that i will now have to pay for my memories, this isn’t Apple’s “icloud” bs. i’ve have snap for almost 10 years and have used it many times to easily find my photos and communicate with friends. now that im grown i don’t need snapchat to always talk to my friends, half of them i have lost and gave up on and didn’t care. i use it mainly now to view my photos and use filters. but now that im having to pay to keep my memories i might as well download them somewhere else!!

Cutting Memories down to 5GB is a terrible move. Snapchat isn’t the same without free, reliable storage. Making Snapchat plus very expensive yet you still get ads, changing everything to a money grab is horrible. Please fix this before you lose loyal users.
