Seller payouts take too long to receive. 3 days after the item has shipped and been delivered( takes about two days for shipping) and still no funds.

One of the worst experiences of trying to complete a transaction. Customer support was of no help, and if anything, failed to communicate a few important details. I removed everything i had listed since it wasn’t worth all the trouble.

I need at least two videos in my listings. I don’t care for the shows that take up my news feed and I’m not interested in joining shows. I’ve enjoyed being able to sell my very good used and vintage items. Thank you.

I have not only gotDesigner, brand, clothes, and accessories for clearance deals that you would not find in stores, but I’ve also surprisingly made some money with the sales I’ve done which were effortless, thank you poshmark ❤️

Poshmark is a great place to make extra money as a side hustle of full time. The community is great and it gives you the opportunity to expand your creativity.

This is the worst platform ever. They have so many ridiculous rules on selling. I was on for about 6 months. And I sold about 5 things all which of were canceled. You can’t have nothing over 10lbs. And anything over 5 lbs you have to cover the cost. And they try and hold you hostage by making the delete account process difficult. And you have to turn your notifications off or else your whole feed will be non sense from them. I do not recommend

When dealing with the general population there are bound to be issues. I’ve have sold a dress and someone claimed it arrived torn and dirty, despite having just dry cleaned it. Poshmark did an excellent job dealing with them. I also just bought a purse and the seller delayed my shipment and they canceled the order quickly upon my request. These edge cases - normally buying is uneventful - makes poshmark standout from other marketplaces. Thank you poshmark!

I’ve never sold online until trying out POSH in 2017. And now I’m hooked! It took a little while to understand all the whistles and bells - and I’m still learning. 😵‍💫 I love how they are constantly updating with new tools and clever ways to help us sell. And when there are any issues or problems with a sale, their support and responsiveness is amazing! FAQs are comprehensive, and the community forums help with other quirky questions. From a buying perspective (ohhh yes, I’m a buyer, too 🤣), I’m careful about sizing. Even if I know exactly how something fits because I have the same thing, I’ve learned some people dry clothes too long and shrink the item, hence, listing measurements is a must. I ALWAYS check POSH before I buy retail. Especially sneakers or sandals, where I know the exact size and fit… (because I tried them on in a store, first). Shopping full price at a retail store, these days? For me? Almost never, thanks to POSH (and thrift stores and estate sales, which is where I source most of my inventory to sell).
