i bought a pair of boots and everything was fine and then i wanted another pair so i tried to purchase them. when i did it suddenly said that my billing address was different now. it was the exact info from earlier but suddenly there’s a problem. i tried to contact them and didn’t get an answer. i tried to reinstall, turn off my phone, i tried it on a different device and still nothing. i even tried making a new account but it’s just not working. i don’t understand the problem and i don’t know what to do.

As a first time Poshmark user I can report this site is very user friendly.

I don’t blame Posh but it stinks so many people are so dishonest. I am just trying to sell stuff to make a little $ but I have two different folks try to rip me off with the scams they have going on. Cashier Checks and the worst part is saying their kid is sick! So sad!

Hello everyone, I started Poshmark because I was bored in my spare time needed somewhere that would be safe To do business and have good communication with the community I find some great friends on the website, let me tell you something. We have a good laughter and good sales. I will definitely recommend the Poshmark community.

I’m a full time seller. Poshmark has been my main and highest gross platform since 2018. Until the start of posh shows. Now I do not make even half of the sales I used to. I tried live selling and it just was not profitable for me prob because I sell mainly preowned or consignment. And Unless it is super high end your just not making enough for it to be sustainable. So if you are not a seller getting in pallets of merchandise every week to offer at a great deal then live selling just doesn’t work. Makes me sad because Posh has always been my number one..

There’s just too many bot accounts on this app. I just uploaded something to sell and not even a minute later i get a bot asking to buy this outside of the app for their “sister” who can’t get the app running. then i got 2 more after that asking me to “.e.m.a.i.l.” them and it’s just so annoying. Not to mention the moment you post something you get 100 followers out of nowhere and there’s no way to change notifications on the app to disable follower notifications. i have to turn the whole thing off in my settings.

Can someone please fix the algorithm so when I’m scrolling, it doesn’t show me the same items 3 times in a row before it moves down. If I didn’t want it the first 2 times, I’m not going want it the 3rd time. It’s a waste everyone’s time.

As a buyer My only real complaint would be to disable inactive sellers after a certain amount of time. So tired of items popping up in my feed from 2-4 years ago. As a seller I am truly happy with the process. :-))
