It always you to watch hallmark shows and movies but it’s not user friendly. Constant logging in and not having profiles available is a real limitation. Also I wish it grouped series and movies to play in chronological order.

You have to exit the show every time instead of being able to use pause/play or back. Annoying as hell.

I live in the US. Why do I keep getting this IP Restriction?

I do not like that the app freezes every few minutes to seconds.. I don’t like that you cannot remove previous watches shows. It’s a pain to navigate

I wish we could have separate profiles for each family member.

Please fix the ap. So tired of having it crash all the time. It’s irritating and I have issues paying for something that crashes while I’m watching a show. Always crashes on When Calls the Heart

The app is so slow and is always giving errors, won’t load the content.

Cannot watch any content after recent update. States event is not live but is not suppose to be.

Until now my biggest complaints about this service was the app itself: it’s still the worst app on Apple TV and hasn’t improved. I actually bought an inexpensive Roku stick just to watch Hallmark+ because this app is so bad. This continues to be problematic, but is nothing compared to their showcasing of a convicted felon. I was a little disconcerted when they put the old “Garage Sale Mysteries” episodes back after removing them when she was arrested, but I figured I could just ignore them. Now they’re showcasing her newly produced movie. Opening this app plasters Lori Loughlin’s face all over my TV. I scroll down and there she is under Spotlight. This is appalling. What happened to ethics? I guess they wrote a new contract for her with no behavior clause, or is it a “don’t do it again” clause?

i'm going to start off with please have a delete from continue watching on all platforms. This is such a simple thing I shouldn't have to go into the show fast forward through it. I should just be able to click a button and hit remove.
