    I downloaded this on my iPad and it will not load. I cannot get past the initial loading screen. I will attempt to watch from my Roku tv but it’s really a hassle just to watch a cheesy show. Netflix is far more reliable sadly.

    I used to be immersed in horror, often feeling overwhelmed with sadness and anxiety. But ever since I shifted my entertainment choices towards more uplifting content, such as what Hallmark offers, my life has undergone a remarkable transformation! I now experience less anxiety and eagerly anticipate watching a new movie each month. The only enhancement I wish for this app is to include more romantic mysteries, which would truly be the cherry on top of an already delightful experience.

    For the last few months, I have found this app to be slow loading and slow to respond. The app is updated to the latest version and needs improvement. I use the app on Apple TV as well as my iPad with the same results. I have internet gigabit speed, so internet connection is not a Problem.

    After using the app to watch my series for many months, it stopped working. Why can’t I open the app now? And of course, the cancellation of the app is next, unless I can get help to open it. The reason I got it was bc I don’t have a tv provider when now they ask for one; but in the app info says you can watch with or without it. I am so confused!

    This app is a mess. You can only go forward or backwards in 10 second increments. What? That is beyond inconvenient.

    I love the catalog of movies and shows, but the app is glitchy and not as responsive as it should be. It could be more user friendly. Many times I have had issues even getting the app to start.

    While the app can almost be usable, it has got to be the slowest, least reliable app in the entire App Store. Start up time is painful, and G-d forbid you leave the app and come back to it. It has never restarted in any way, shape, or form that resembles acceptable. I find I have to throw it away and restart from scratch to get it to respond. It only doesn’t get zero stars because it does eventually display items to select.

    App used to crash every couple of minutes but when I connected it to the Apple TV app it stopped crashing so frequently.

    The app will open sometimes, not load anything and close suddenly. The majority of the time it doesn’t open at all. The app on my Samsung phone and on Roku tv works fine. It appears to be a problem with apple products.
