This app is unreliable and replays of big games seem very delayed. Production quality is not good and I regret paying for this service.

Doesn’t start most times. Locks up constantly. Login doesn’t always work. Will not renew subscription.

Have to pay for a subscription to watch games that are not broadcasting on a regular televised channel and then the app never works. Freezes constantly. WAY TO EXPENSIVE FOR THE GARBAGE THAT IT IS. FIX THE BUGS OR MAKE IT FREE.

I had been under the impression that this app provided content that I wanted to see. It does not. The refund policy does not exist, so I am out nearly $100 for a product. I have zero use for.

App is just terrible. The video quality drops all the time. Audio and video freeze. App freezes. Live view often takes forever to load just to see the live games. App will hang and when you pull it up it’ll act like you clicked on another game and switch and hang on the new stream and then hang again when you switch back. It’s pretty awful this is the only way to watch most big ten volleyball games. A real disservice to the sport.

I signed up to watch a live game and although multiple sources stated the game was available on BTN, it was not when using the app. As an alternative I went to the website to login using the exact same login and password the app forced me to create. As you have guessed, it said no account exists. Of course the app lists the exact info submitted and Apple is forcing me to keep a full subscription period even though I created and delegated the subscription in less than 30 minutes. This is a disgrace - DO NOT USE THE APP. I’m going to try going straight to the B1G website and use that means to watch sports…

The uX is pretty bad especially for the cost of the subscription. First using the app the games weren't loading. The obnoxious "watch live" and "play from beginning" buttons are horrible and I hate pressing them to watch my sports. My biggest gripe is that it destroys my phone's battery life. Please make it smoother and more efficient. thank you

For the price, the video quality is disappointing. The color is off and the picture is blurry. C’mon guys, you can do better than this!

They do not show football games as advertised. You can’t watch every game that’s on big10 network.
