The best app and so easy to use!!!

I like everything about the app except I had to purchase another license to use with my new iPad. You would think it should be transferable, but it’s not. I had to spend another fee to get it on my new device. I also don’t have the ability to transfer from my old device to my new device. that’s my only critique for the software creators and those who are charging us money for what we’ve already purchased.

Easy to use

I find myself needing to add things to a list the items has nothing in common with but the only work around.

I purchased this app a long time ago and recently had to get a new phone, and per Apple, I cannot use a backup because there is a bug in it, so I cannot get my paid version back. I have sent emails to customer service through the app and the website but the only response I received was “customer support is only provided to premium plan customers”. I AM a premium plan customer but I cannot access it because there is no login, the only way to get to the info back is through a backup. I just need my purchase restored on my new phone, but unfortunately customer service is non existent.

I thought this was an amazing app until I showed up to class 4 and it stopped working and showed a message of “free trial limit reached”. I tried to upgrade and it failed time and time again. There’s no phone number to call for help, only a chat box. I wrote the issue and got a response stating that answers may be found on their question and answer page. Worthless!! Very disappointing, now I have to transfer all data to a new app.

Developer doesn’t keep up with IOS updates. Then you end up with valuable notes you can’t access. You can see your files but when you try to open them the app shuts down. When you try to contact support it is crickets. No response and no way to access your information.

When I first downloaded this program, it worked great. I want to use it again and it’s not doing anything. It’s just not doing anything.

I can't open try his App after paying for FIVE YEARS! No Response from Company!

Have used for years because I have found nothing better!
