    The app doesn’t reflect the payment even after two business days. Very frustrating after trying several different things it still doesn’t show. The content is very good but poorly organized

    Last year I got charged the full year subscription of $50 and I never even use it. My daughter is 9 and I think I probably tried this out when she was a toddler. I’m almost sure I canceled it two years ago because my daughter doesn’t use it. They hope that you forget that you canceled it and then after a year goes by, they charge you again. Now I know that I canceled it last year and even deleted the app from my devices. Yet I just got charged another yearly subscription for $50. This is ridiculous! They are stealing peoples’ money. Someone needs to hold them accountable and refund all of us our money. I see that I’m not the only victim here.

    First of all, upon purchasing, they trick you and make it seem like you’re paying $4.99 monthly. We were surprised with an outrageous $53 charge for seemingly the worst children’s app out there. They claim that it is one of the best educational games, I’m here to tell you otherwise. This app is full of terrible homemade games by other users. I feel like I have to monitor what my daughter plays on here due to that feature. She was playing what looked to be a my little pony game, it ended up being a terrible homemade game of someone with a horrible accent you couldn’t even understand. If this app is claiming it helps with speech development, they’re clowns. Tried to resolve with customer service but they’re refusing. Don’t waste your time and money with TinyTap.

    I paid the 59.99 for the year and it’s confusing on why I’m still getting ADS about purchasing when we already did. It says my son reached the 3 game limit BUT WE PAID FOR THE YEAR

    Although this app did not work out for my family, the customer service was quick to respond to my emails and even sent a follow up when one of the emails was lost.

    i thought the games were great and educational. the progress bar movement can be kind of subtle, could be made a bit more clear. would love to see this app prompt kids to engage with their 3D surroundings if/when possible

    I just downloaded this on my iPad. New iPad with updated iOS. Yesterday, worked well. Today. In letter tracing, green dot but no letter or anything else, just the dot moving around on a blank background. Next page. Two characters, no bubbles with items beginning with the letter “B”. I downloaded this to get people interested in using this for the disabled students I work with. Is this an ongoing issue? Please let me know. Thank you.

    Was charged over $50 for the App but it is now saying my account is not a linked paid account and can’t access the paid parts of the app. Seems to happen to many people. This is a scam.

    This app does not work! I’ve downloaded it, deleted it and downloaded it again. I paid in full and it does not work. I requested a refund from Apple and I was denied. I sent another request and I was denied again this is ridiculous. I am so disappointed in the service and the fact that I won’t get my money back and the app doesn’t work. What a scam!!!!

    Buyer be warned… We had this app for a while and I didn’t realize because it was charging me once a year on a credit card. This time I caught it the morning that it charged my credit card and I contacted customer service to cancel and get refunded. I was told that if I didn’t request cancellation in the very first seven days of when I originally signed up they won’t give me my money back today. This is absolutely ridiculous! We have never even used the app and I contacted them with an hours of seeing that they tried to charge me another $29.99 renewal fee. They absolutely have the ability to refund that money back, but refused. Beware!
