  • Problem with customizations

    At multiple Taco Bells, it seems like when I order at the drive thru and ask for no ice, they almost never mess it up. But when I order on the app, that gets messed up almost every time. But oddly enough it’s still listed on the receipt they give me. I also noticed changing locations could mess up some of my selections, such as the soft taco supreme upgrade going away and changing to individually adding tomatoes and sour cream, making it more expensive, or that no ice customization disappearing.

    When it works, this app offers great deals and allows you to order ahead and beat the lines in the store. Be sure to choose in-store pickup as the drive-thru is usually packed. But most of the time, the app doesn’t work properly so I give up and go to Del Taco, Taco Cabana, etc.

  • just order in person, they’ll screw it up regardless

    even if you use the app to order, they’re going to mess it up, and it’s gonna take you a long time to get your food, might as well order in person. Also, you can’t get your money back from the restaurant after they screwed up if you use the app to order. seems like a scam.

  • Hardly ever works

    You guys need to get an app that I can log in with an email and password like everyone else. This thing with clicking a link in my email almost never works! I get an error almost every time. Why is it such a process just to log in to my account? It the very basic thing and this thing cant even do that right. Im taking my business elsewhere. Every other fast food restaurant allows me to access my account and place an order without “something going wrong”

    Ordering is easy on the app but i signed up to get the free food rewards and anything i ordered wasn't eligible. I understand not ordering items with online deals but even when I ordered a full priced item, still was eligible? Rewards program with no rewards!!!????

  • Nice people but the app lack’s security.

    I know its a fast food app, but when it comes to my dinner… im very disappointed about this app! Someone hacked my account and changed the address to theirs and stole my food!! My dinner! Something i really needed while im at work. Im glad the cashier was very polite and honest about someone picking up my order and apologizing for not verifying it was me. But if someone can get on my account and change the status from DELIVERY TO PICK UP…. I say this app needs to improve their security!!!!!

    your update is making it virtually impossible for me to order from the app because I cannot enter my password. I've checked my junk mail. I've never changed my email or password. It does not send me a passcode on my email. I've tried numerous times I've updated closed and reopened, guess I'll go to Burger King

    Ever since they changed the app to just email I never get to claim my rewards. Not going to eat Taco Bell anymore, I’m so annoyed of this app.

    I may actually use this revamped online. Hated the previous because after attempting to a couple of times it just wasn’t worth the bother.

    I love taco bell, and when I found the app my life changed. I love the rewards you can get, but I hate there are only two tiers which are fire and hot. I wish it matched with all the sauces (mild, hot, fire, diablo). You’d get more rewards and It would definitely be a good way to get people to order more off the app. It’s an easy process and I really don’t have any other complaints, except the new menu look. I think it took away from the app, but that’s okay and not really an issue.
