I had a spreadsheet with 1500 emails and text that I needed the emails extracted. I looked all over the web and youtube for how to do it. Then I found Extract Emails. Click, click, done! Best $3 ever spent.

This saved me a lot of headache. I had 5k+ emails riddled throughout an excel. I was tring to look eslewhere for extracting emails using excel formulas on blogs etc, and it sucked. I thought this app was too good to be true, but it’s not… just too good.

A test with a small file of two bounced emails worked “fairly” well… One address had a parenthesis at the end. An almost 10mb tab delimited file made it choke. I tried removing the tabs, waited and waited for it to perhaps respond, but no luck. I’ve been testing it as I will be sending a mailing to over 5100 web site users who have registered at the site over the last 15 years and want something that will pull addresses out of the bounces I expect to receive. From my testing, I have to conclude that this isn’t it. The support link goes to the Amato website which offered a contact form, but no forum posts or support link. Granted, it’s only $4 but I’ll be looking into how to get a refund once I click submit here.

Saved me a lot of time searching for e-mails through documents! Does exactly what it is advertised to do. Would love for it to do PDF’s, but just extracting the data myself and copying it in works as well. Thank you for an amazing app!

I recently started a community campaign to save a piece of cherished oceanfront school property from being sold to developers. We received hundreds of emails and we had to quickly extract the addresses so they could be included in our next email blast. Extract Emails makes it easy and intuitive. And at two bucks, it’s a godsend!

I copied and pasted several pages of information from a PDF, and this software extracted the email addresses and allowed me to save as a CSV. Saved lots of time and frustration.
