    They take very high fees from each purchase and if you want to exchange your seat later they don’t help you and make you sell your ticket and pay hight feed and buy another ticket and pay hight fee!! What a punch of scammers!!!

    I know we are all shocked that Ticketmaster is trash and so is their app. Followed all instructions from both Apple and Ticketmaster who keep blaming each other. I don’t trust either company but Apple seems to have its stuff together with software. Can’t even screenshot my tickets so here’s hoping that service is ok at the game.

    It took me too many times to purchase my tickets. I do not like that your app is programmed to not allow us to choose whether we want to save our credit card or Not! Before purchasing the tickets, it does not reveal the specific fees, charging $85.00 for parking when you have us to believe we have picked parking for $25.00. It’s not people friendly. I was determined to get tickets and not be charged more than I wanted. I’m happy I was cautious because I saved around $78.00. Please make changes!!!!!!

    App required me to verify credit card information via a code sent to my phone. Message asked me to press the pound key if I was expecting it. Pressed the pound key, nothing happened. They then hung up. This has happened twice. Switched to a different card, which required a different verification method, which was cumbersome but at least worked. App would not let me delete first card; had to go to my laptop to do it. App works well other than for completing payment, but of course that’s a crucial part!

    If you buy your tickets from this app and the event is rescheduled, they never reimburse you even though the organisers are willing to reimburse!!! Ticketmaster is just a cheating company: when you buy your tickets from the event organisers, it is cheaper (no fees!) and you have no issue for any reimbursement… avoid them at all cost!

  • Keeps forcing me to change my password!

    Would have rated 4 stars, if it didn’t keep making me change my password!! I has made me change it 4-5 times in the past 6 months!!! If it wasn’t the only way to get tickets for events I’m interested in, I wouldn’t use it at all!
