It was great but the app has been going downhill for a few months. Website is better than the app

The app is very stable and not a great UX. I really like the website but the app is a disappointment. It became very buggy when ads were added. I paid to get rid of the ads , but the stability didn’t improve. Crashes often. Hard t switch between translations and sometimes when you switch it goes to a completely new point in the Bible. Search function is not good either. Hoping they get it fixed soon because it has been my favorite Bible app.

Just a white screen, nothing else.

The one place I hope to read the Word away from distractions is the Bible. I guess that sentiment is no longer shared in Capitalist Christianity

Why is Bible Gateway being updated?All I get is a white screen now.Fix the problem!

Let me start by saying I love Bible Gateway and I am a paid subscriber. My problem is solely with the app. Almost every time I try to use the app I just get a blank screen.

I’m so tired of waiting for this to be fixed. The app worked wonderfully until they started updated about a year or so ago. Trying to implement ads really messed it up. Why is it so hard to just fix it? Whoever is on your team needs to be fired and start over. It’s pathetic. I’ve started using other Bible apps even though I loved this one so much. I’ve pretty much accepted that I’ve lost all my notes and favorites.

This app is irreparably broken. Just opens then goes to a white screen. What’s up Harper Collins? Are you trying to keep us from studying the Bible. People you’d better purchase paper copies of Bible reference material…

Frustrating! Ads, slower than molasses! Do not enjoy it much anymore

I’ve used this app for years but it is useless anymore. I keep trying and its just useless. Word searches are a joke as most Scriptures are missing. Half the time only Old Testament shows up. Lots of times revelations is missing. I’ve patiently waited and its plain to me, this app is over. How can you go from great to garbage except by design? I can’t help but think its in the hands of the enemy itself.
