    Was willing to pay the cab to come back like Uber does but they said you have to log into your account to contact them even with all the info I couldn’t login bc you have to use 2 step authentication well if you don’t have the phone you can’t confirm the code so I was never able to access the account therefore I never was able to get my phone back will never use lfty again Uber everywhere

    It's terrible that the app shows me almost $18 and in the end they end up charging me 50 dollars and they don't want to give me my refund and charge me what it is!!!!!

    0 stars…. Every card that i put on there they won’t accept it nd then i added the money on there it still didn’t accept it… some drivers are nice some are VERY RUDE …. And i will like too speak who ever runs this ASAP !!!!!!

    I was told I would be assigned a driver around 2 am in 1-15 minutes. Upon the 15 minutes for another hour the app circled & said “just a few more seconds”. I spoke to a rep who told me… “it’s on the driver”. What a deplorable comment & lack of accountability & assurance of a service. I waited & finally got a driver, who canceled on me. Thankfully another one in an additional 15 minutes finally came to take me to my hotel. I was stuck in the cold, in an unfamiliar city… with a company who couldn’t care less about their customers or their own reliability as a rideshare service. I’ll never use Lyft again & will tell all my company, colleagues, family & friends to do the same.

    Clearly a company that refuses to take accountability. Waited 45 minutes in the freaking rain while they kept saying “driver 1-5 minutes away”. Finally driver accepts (the driver was great) yet I have a complaint with the app— AND increased the fee without my concent… but guess what, they don’t let you complain about the APP!!! It’s all the driver’s fault on Lyft’s end. The only option is to get their “policy” information otherwise you have to submit an issue with the “ride” meaning driver. At least Uber allows you an option to submit feedback about their service. Lyft just blames the driver!! I’d also imagine this review is not even acknowledged.

    I waited for over an hour on a ride to only be kicked out the system and having to re book and to still not be able to get service on the 3rd attempt I had to settle for a shorter trip making me miss work thank you guys and girls for welcoming me back with open arms thank I will download another ride share app and I do appreciate yall 🤥
