I use Lyft about 4 times/year. They have earned my trust to get me to my destination on time even when I only give them 15-30 min to pick me up. Thank you, Lyft drivers!

There’s no way to contact customer service so I’m leaving it here I’m so frustrated with Lyft. Every time I take a ride I’m charged for the ride and still hit with a temporary hold on my account. It is taking a while for the money to come back so now I have limited funds to get to work due to this issue. And I don’t know what to do now I have 4 temporary holds now of unaccounted money.

Their Maps is ridiculous. Either the programming personal are idiots but the app will purposely make the driver go longer because they charge you more in your cost.
