This app has been broken since day one. It crashes and never keeps track of what you’re watching. I recently got it to finish Outlander. Still crashes. Deleting after this show.

Offered a cheap 1 year rate then charged a monthly rate much higher. we cancelled and then a year later they charge $70 for an annual fee we never got a notification for and didn’t approve. criminal organization and only has ai for support which doesn’t respond past the first few messages.

I paid an annual subscription and can’t log in. Catted with customer service and all they talk about is a VPN and ask if I am certain about the email I used. Guess I will have to contact the card and have the charges reversed.

Title says it all, makes watching the few decent shows horrible.

App crashes constantly so you have to listen to the opening ads fifteen times before you can watch your show, despite paying the subscription for ad free content. Scam! The content is mediocre with only one series worth subscribing for. Save your time and money and go with any other streaming service.

Spinning on Apple TV 4K for months now, deleted and re-installed multiple times still broken!!! Fix your app, please

i forgot to add that sometimes it randomly quits the video and returns you to the screen you were at before and it doesn’t seem to accurately remember where you left off so constantly having to find my place and then wait for it to load

it’s a good app i use it to watch outlander but i hate how buggy it is when i try to look at a notification on my phone and the fact that it doesn’t save where i was when it restarts the app also the fact that it glitches the audio so it keeps playing while simultaneously not being able to click on the episode you were watching i have to completely close the app over and over again to be able to get through any one episode it’s really irritating

As soon as my year is up I'm canceling. This is the worst app. It must've been made by idiots.
