It is the best

I was attracted to this app for the beauty of the graphics and peaceful music. And along the way, have learned a bit about the planets and stars. If you are looking for a technical review on the solar system and my experience with this app…this is not the review to read. But…if you are one who resonates with the moon’s pull to your soul…read on. I have always loved looking at the moon nightly. From a purely emotional point of view, this app helps me connect to my beloved husband, whose soul is now free to roam the universe. When I see the moon it helps connect me to his soul. It’s the very same moon we all see…connecting us all in a way.

I’ve had this app on my iPhone for years. I decided to try it on the Apple Vision Pro, and it looks amazing. I decided to purchase the lifetime subscription, but the subscription button seems to be broken on the Vision Pro. I continued to purchase the 200+ dollar subscription via iOS with no problems. Now, back on the Vision Pro, the subscription won’t sync. I tried the support button from the App Store, which brought me to a support website. Website, is a generous term for what amounts to a generic FAQ! No contact us button, no email address. I’m hoping someone from support or at a minimum any of the developers will see this review and find a way to reach out.

No response from team after trying to cancel and being erroneously charged - deceptive billing

It’s safe for me and kids if they have a device or if they are interested in getting a better look at the stars and it’s really cheap I love it

I was charged during my free trial period without any reason. There is no customer service, the only thing you have is a feedback email which never responds back.
