I am absolutely so excited that I downloaded this app and I use it every single day. I have so much going on in my life a lot of bad stuff and I gotta say that this app is kind of helping me see the issues that I’m going through and also is helping me tremendously by being able to let it out and speak my truth. Seeing it all written down, the things that I’m feeling, the whole Nother ball game then just feeling it and not being able to ever say a word about it. I absolutely love this app and I’ll probably keep it forever!

I feel in love with this app until it started moving incredibly slow. I hardly use it now because it makes it so difficult to enjoy. i open the app and my phone glitches. it starts with a black screen that takes a minute to show the calendar. I click on anything and it goes all black again then crashes. My phone is up to date, it’s only this app that puts my phone in a freeze. I really hope there’s updates, for now i will be deleting.

i have been SUPER SUPER stressed lately and this app is literally the best!!! I can’t explain how much I love this app!! It helps me express my emotions and let’s me breath when I feel like I’m about to drown in my worries! While you are looking at this app, you need to get the other apps it recommends. I can’t remember the names exactly but there’s two other that I also use from this company called headspace and I am I think. Go check them out they literally help me sm!(so much)

I’ve been using the app for a week and really like the idea of it. Was considering the paid version, but it crashes at least 1/5x that I use it. I also recommend the developers allow us to add emotions because the options are pretty limited. Hopefully the fix whatever bug is causing it to crash.

It is necessary to analyze our feelings because we can understand what those feelings are.

I loved this app in the beginning, but now it takes a long time for it to register my finger taps and sometimes it can take up to 5 minutes for me to finish the process. Sometimes it crashes midway through. Not sure if it is my phone or the app. If it weren’t for the lagging and crashing, I love the app.

Essentially useless without a subscription.
