Guys this is the best app to get closer to god

I love being able to listen to a devotional while I’m cooking breakfast or getting ready for bed. Great way to start and end my day!

Bible Chat’s *free* version used to allow you to listen to the verses, devotionals, and prayers. It also used to let you go back to missed days to restore streaks. I brought this up to support and they said they would fix it for me within a week. After two more messages to them when it wasn’t fixed, I received two more very apologetic responses which I finally realized were probably just appeasing AI compositions. I’m not a fan of streaks in messages because it takes our eyes off the Word and distracts us with goals instead which can sometimes make us feel like we failed — as I sort of fell into the trap here. But the real issue to me is the lack of human support from Bible Chat and follow through on what they said they would do. If it was AI, then they still had an obligation to fix; if not AI and a human, then they purposely let it fall through the cracks after three communications. Doesn’t bode well for a Bible app. Bible Chat does have its utility in the Word alone — and the input of chatting a question in returning Bible verses, as well as the community prayer features are good too. But there are other free versions of Bible apps available that are much more visibly appealing and have many of the same or expanded features. If the Word is really the primary focus and you don’t already have them downloaded, try one of them.

Amazing

This app is truly amazing. It gives you passages of text in the Bible, and a verse, and prayer.

It is a good way to praise the lord and learn more when you have no time to read actual bibles. I would recommend to anyone and everyone.
