They tell you to play 1 dollar for the weekly vip but when you pay for it you still get told to pay for the episodes that are locked what is the problem with that

This app just randomly plays by itself. Woke me up in the middle of the night. Not sure where the noise was coming from. I closed out all my apps that were actually open. Sound still coming from phone until I figured out it was this. I needed my rest. Apps shouldn’t randomly play by themselves

Nice shows to watch and binge. Wish it was freeeeee!!!

Honestly I love the movies but I wish we could watch more than one a day it’s a lil annoying

I love the stories the the subscriptions are outrageous. Maybe a decent monthly subscription could do. I would like to see more representation of black stories in this app, even other poc stories.

I love this app. it's so good. no ai. actual good plots. but why the early access? and why does it take so long for people without early access to actually be able to watch it? just shorten the time!?

I like some of the shows I can’t even lie

I like CandyJar more than most other vertical platforms. I prefer the style of filming; it feels closer to a real movie or show. Sure it’s a little pricey but I imagine there’s a lot more that goes into making these dramas than we think (maybe more like a high risk low reward system atm until it goes more mainstream). However, I’ve been trying to take advantage of the new student discount promo but even after I logged in with my student email, I can’t get an email with a link to unlock the deal to show up in my inbox. I’ve even tried verifying the email address and that won’t send either. I know the email is correct because I’ve been receiving promo emails.

They deviate from the books enough to ruin the story. All their movies are geared towards teens and the ones not based off their books are all repeats of other movies and shows. Nearly word for word. Not really worth the money I paid. My biggest complaint? I’M NOT ALLOWED TO TAKE SCREENSHOTS OF MY OWN INFORMATION!!!!!!! I would understand if I was taking pictures or videos of content, but my own profile page information like the fact I turned off auto pay today and the date my subscription ends??? Really???

After a few episodes, you have to wait 7 to 12 Ish hours and the next day I waited and it unlocked and then I got to watch 36 seconds of an episode and had to wait 12 hours again. Do not recommend.
