A rating of 1.4 of 5 stars with over 500 reviews gives a good indication. For $109 a year I expect a lot more value. Below are my issues. 1. Freezes frequently during points, also blanks out completey at times. 2. Audio is out of sync with video. 3. This is a sub to Tennis Channel Plus. Have to pay extra for the Tennis Channel. 4. Can't cancel subscription before a year is up. 5. No ability to pause, replay or record matches. 6. No way this is 1080 quality. Just not a clear picture. 7. They cut away at strange times. During an interview today with Medvedev they cut to a screen that only said there was an upcoming match. No play going on. I have never written a review like this but it is well deserved. If they don't change they will have no subscribers Soon! If this is the value you're looking for do subscribe. As for me, I'm done!!

The fact that Tennis channel has almost no positive reviews and still does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to address the problems says everything you need to know about this channel. They are basically the only game in town outside of the grand slam tournaments so I guess they figure why fix it.

Their is a constant API error and they never fix it, do not pay for tc+.

This might as well be a Pickleball Channel. Was watching a match recently and one of the commentators pronounced the D in Wimbledon with a T. It's not WimbleTon, it's Wimbledon. I don't recommend this overpriced bag of barber's hair.

You will find yourself constantly re loading the app. It simply does not work. How long will it take to fix it !?

This app is low quality. It does the minimum job, but not well. The image quality is poor. It’s highly glitchy. It also stopped working on AirPlay since late March 2024 all over a sudden. Whoever is working on this product should really use it to see things from a user perspective. Why would we pay over $100 for this app? Don’t waste your money.

I can't tell you how many times it will freeze in the middle of a match. Constantly have to reload. But this is what you get when there's a monopoly: high prices and low quality with no incentive to improve.
