I can't tell you how many times it will freeze in the middle of a match. Constantly have to reload. But this is what you get when there's a monopoly: high prices and low quality with no incentive to improve.

I need to do some research on the Tennis Channel. I wish someone could tell me why they could care less about the expensive super bad service. I guess enough people love tennis that they’ll put up with the aggravation? It’s unreal to me. I hope it catches up to them.

Worst tennis app out there. I pay for tennis channel plus and more then half the time the site crashes and I can’t watch what I want. How has this not been fixed yet?

The worst. Why does every other app on my IPhone cast to my Sony TV, except for this one. I will not be renewing my subscription. Bummer

I purchased this app for $117 and it has been unpleasant to watch. The app freezes and a play is usually over before it begins to stream again. You miss great shots or performances and the creators should allow a trial period or a grace period for a refund.

Would love to give 5 stars upon fixing the issue. Tennischannel.com gets redirected to tennischannel.app and the app is giving 9003/403

They don’t have an app on LG Webos. The Apple app Airplay or Casting doesn’t work. Very frustrating that we cannot watch what we pay for

the fact that I pay for this channel and can never use it because I always get an error on the app and it’s a terrible user experience logging in and staying signed in is horrendous. Worst UX ever ever. Barred none.

i’ll start with a pro: I love the content. they will show lots of doubles play, all of the minor and major tournaments and commentators are great. it’s just too bad you only get to see a portion of what you pay for as the streaming constantly buffers and literally I can only watch for about 20-30 mins at a time before it cuts completely off and takes me to my TV Home page and I have to go back, get back on TCP and find the match I was watching- which continually happens during a major point or tie break. infuriating! I have excellent internet service and constantly check if somehow my internet service is the problem. it’s not. this is just poorly developed and i dont know, they dont seem to care. when you google this issue the problems go back years!

I wasted a whole year subscription to technical difficulties. Hands down the worst app I've ever had. Spinning green or failed to load are basically what I saw. The only app where you have to clear the cache non stop and it still may not work. Major tournaments you're screwed. I feel robbed.
