So far so good
Pretty Good - Needs better ball Pick-up

The metrics on this are great for the most part and generally align with Trackman data. However, the app often fails to pick up pitches. The HB and IVB often read 0’s and we know that that almost never happens. It often does so on slower pitches. Overall a great app though!
Crazy smart app

I wouldn’t be hung up on velocity or strike zone accuracy, but those are decent enough. I think the data on ball spin and the ability to watch the pitch with stats is incredible.
I went into it skeptical and thinking the subscription was a bit steep. I don’t believe that anymore. If you are a parent working with their child a few times per week this will give you data to support your development path. It makes it into a game a bit too for your player.
Only cons are small. I don’t know how accurate the speed is, but I’m skeptical of every radars results too. The strike zone is a bit finicky and I can see some of the wind movement from the tripod effecting the zone. Nothing the app will be able to overcome easily and doesn’t ruin the experience. Overall it’s 5/5.
Very Helful

This app is a great tool for staying on top of pitch data when we’re away from our home training facility. The metrics are impressively accurate — they line up closely with the readings we get from the tracking systems we normally use at our baseball facility.

You only get 25 pitches per month
Not the best

Not my favorite. Got out a pocket radar to check and was about 10 mph off every time. Maybe I set it up wrong but I followed the steps. Also, only 25 free pitches per month is ridiculous when most people do about 75 per session and throw multiple times a week. I usually try to not leave negative reviews but was honestly disappointed in this app.

I do like how pitch lab can be used to track throws and see your progress but I don’t think you should get 25 throws a month, take me for example I pitch at least 50 times a day so I think it should be least 25 a week because no one is pitching one time a day
Its barely worth it

The subscription doesn’t need to be so high in money that it’s worth two meals and a couple of snacks and you only get 25 pitches if you don’t use it that’s half a bullpen well they’re sponsored by rich and famous YouTuber. I think they have enough money.
