  • Forces you you sign up for the paid version

    Downloaded the app and got past the opening screens, and then it forced me to start a “free trial” of the premium version that will only last for three days before it starts charging me. Absolutely not! There is no apparent way to just stick with the free version or even try it out! Hey, at least take us out to dinner first, we’re not ready for that kind of commitment with an app we just met! I just want to see where my parents’ ship is for the next few weeks; I have no need for a premium paid app. If there is a way to try the free version first that I couldn’t find after looking, then that’s the app designers’ fault, not mine.

    I’m on a cruise and was curious about another cruise ship I could see in the distance. So I tried this app. BIG MISTAKE! The app is not real time, often providing day old locations. But worse is the automatic subscription enrollment with NO instructions how to cancel it. I figured it out myself and canceled. You should too! For iOS users, go to settings, click on your name then under subscriptions, then cancel. You are welcome!

    Paid the fee but it’s going on two days it has not updated on where the ship is.

    This app is awesome because you could track any cruise ship all over the world. If you are going on a last minute trip on a cruise I’d definitely recommend this app because it’s easy, straightforward and not confusing. It’s always updated and if you need any help using the app the creator is quick to help!👏🏻

    I thought I’d track a cruise my friends are on. However, the options aren’t available but they’re working on them. I’m not going to pay for something that they can’t fix.

    You have to sign up for a “free trial” upon opening the app and when you try to do that, it asks for your password. Very inconvenient especially if you can’t remember your password that you use for your Apple ID or email. So much for tracking a ship.

    This app doesn’t show a live tracker nor does it update every so often. I just attempted to track a ship and it shows its location and destination from 3 days ago.

    “Features coming soon” is all the site says. Our ship location was updated 3 days ago. Not helpful. And I paid money to use app with no refund.

    As soon as I opened it, gives the option to start a free 3 day trial. I clicked the X in the pop up to close. It says I’m a premium member and gives no option to cancel or change membership.
