some cards the app won’t find prices but i can find price on another app

I bought a year. Paid with Apple Pay then installed the app. And it’s asking me to pay as if I have never paid.

While this might be a good app the problem that I have is that it doesn’t allow you to try it out first. You have to pay for service before you can actually see it in action. Therefore, it’s not worth downloading or paying for it.

Have taken pics and it says card is a 6. Then 3 minutes later I put in same pics and tells me it is a 9. Taken pics of PSA 10 cards and still tells me it is a 7. Took a pic of a downtown and my front pic the card was turned at a 45 degree angle…said that one was a 10.

Worse app ever just keeps scanning the card over and over again and then it goes back to the membership which I paid for in full for the one year and it still doesn’t work. Contacted customer service and keep getting the same email back that there’s nothing wrong with the app and that it’s working for everyone. Well, it may be working for everyone but it’s definitely not I can’t get one card scanned into the app and priced. I guess I have to go to the credit card company and fight to get my money back.

Not worth being a paid app, at least give people a free option to get used to the app. Trash

Useless unless you want to spend a fortune

Guys I just signed up. I love it signed up yesterday. I’ve scanned about 260 or so items and it gives you exact detailed information on the cards and the value so far of my collection what I’ve entered it says I have a half thousand dollars and I’m just barely getting started. Not sure how it does on graded cards but everything else I hope the grade cards scan just as good and right now it’s $39 a year for Cardly AI I love it. I can’t wait to get my whole collection stored with them and then I need to figure out. A simple, easy way to start selling some of my collection I’ve been collecting over 50 years but to continue about this app download it and get it right now for $39 for the whole year. You’re locked in. I love it. Thank you and they’ll probably have upgraded stuff coming just like everybody else.

I’ve been collecting for years. Scanned my cards and it either was terribly wrong with what card it was or simply said “no recent sakes.” Could have found this out on eBay for free and not wasted time of seeing the incorrect card. Waste of money and time.
