First, the app always gave me the wrong information every time I scanned an item. Second, I never received a notification that my free subscription was about to expire so I was charged for a membership. Third, I have emailed them multiple times and I keep getting a mailer daemon.

Prices are way off and it kept coming up with different names for what I was scanning.

Way to hide a paywall downloaded and deleted the same day.

Why when on a 7 day free trial am I charged $15.89 just from agreeing to the trial? I give a Low rating from that alone

The feel and ease of the app are great, but I scanned over 2 dozen loose hot wheels and matchbox cars, and it only got one correct on the description, and 2 on the wheels variant, and none of the matchbox cars came up as matchbox from the 80’s (which they are), they all came up as hot wheels from the 2000’s to 20teens…at this point without even a correct description, I can’t even come close to trusting the price

They do not provide any method for creating, downloading/printing an inventory of your collection. Out of 232 pieces of micromachines, it misidentified 15 of them.

Several times I make a scan and it gives me the wrong information. I wish I would not have accidentally renewed this for one year after the trial. I don’t believe it is right for the type of things I’m collecting it seems very narrow. Update: I continue to use this app simply because I accidentally paid for it and it continues to get things wrong. What a waste of money. I would like to get my money back, but there is no app option to contact your customer service.

Google lens does better job than this. Was hoping this would be more accurate but it wasn’t. Cancel
