    It’s a fun slot game, you can trade awards for discounts for different stuff in Vegas. However, it’s most definitely a pay to play game. I understand can’t give it out easy since there are real prizes. However, I just played 500 million down to 95 million on three different “HOT” machines paying 1mil to 5mil and didn’t win once. I’ve been a sucker and have spent easily $70/100 if not a little more on said game and I’m still broke.

    This used to be a great app but some idiot in charge decided to make it cringeworthy, I assume to try and drive profits. I would suggest that you avoid this app unless they change it back to the way it used to be, fun. It is all about their last financials on march 9th showing they are only interested in increasing revenue, so I have deleted their apps and removed them from Facebook. Hope they enjoy their march 2024 financials as the circle the drain

    I downloaded this app recently and started playing. I purchased a few packages and had quite a few reward bonuses, I went to settings and saw you could sync to Facebook to save all your progress so I did that. I then lost all my progress and purchases. I messaged them and basically they said there was nothing they could do and that all my progress was lost and they could not restore my purchases.

    I really enjoy playing at this casino. The only thing that grinds my gears is that all the rewards that I work so hard to get are always sold out. Free Play? Come one how can free play be sold out all the time. They say that they refresh rewards everyday. It’s been two months and I’m still waiting, not very fresh if you ask me, actually it’s starting to get stale. Also because of this disappointing and frustrating situation, I think that they should allow you to get the same reward and as many times as you want, waiting 90 days seems like there punishing you for claiming a reward. At least maybe that won’t be sold out and will put a little sugar in the bowl to tie you over while your patiently waiting for the rewards that you really want to become available.

    Tried to get in contact with them it’s been at least 3-5 days I have not heard from them. My sister and I play the same game and I lost all of my loyalty points at one point they would not give them back then recently I reached out to ask about the rewards because I am planning a trip in April for my bday and the only comp rooms they have are in west wendover which isn’t even Las Vegas so why call it Vegas slots and they say they change the rewards but I have been looking for awhile they have not and then my sister gets on doesn’t even have to touch anything and gets loyalty points I have to keep spinning to get some. I just don’t understand why things are so different and I spend money to play to get points but for what? It’s not how they advertise!! Disappointed!

    The last 4 purchases I made i have not won anything. Time and time again it just gobbles up you coins and returns nothing. I am at level 3146 I have done different denoms/tried everything and nothing. It used to pay good. But now it’s just lack luster. All the responses on these comments from them are automated and the same (do you actually care)? I’m calling you out My Vegas. Listen to your paying customers and fix the odds. Do better.
