Please update the app so it can be available for the latest ios update!! The app won’t even open, let alone view my bank statement or do any transfers.

You need somebody good in IT guys. You are one of the best banks in Romania but in INTERNET BANKING is nothing. I have a lot of money in my bank account and I can’t watch them. Probably i will move all my money to another bank because i feel insecure with this app.

After installing IOS 14 the app shut down. Can't open it anymore. I live in the US to I need it to work. 1 star for not upgrading this app on time!!!

The app isn’t working on ios 14 since the first beta. Now it’s released and BRD can’t update the app to work. Can’t you have more than one update per year?

Write a new contract for Endava, and ask them to also offer maintenance and updates. FYI all your millions of users can’t even enter the app after installing iOS 14. 1 star for the grand prize of being the only app not compatible on my iPhone (you even had 3 months to test out iOS 14)

Not compatibility with iOS14. Guys you have almost half a year to work in order to make it.

The most backward bank in the history of backward. Let’s say your card get stolen or you lost your card, there is no option in the app to block your card. Zero security! I will never keep any money above 500 lei in this bank.
