    I paid the 69.99 to by pass verification. As soon as I did my account was blocked. This is not the first time I’ve heard of this happening. Customer service team was contacted via email with a response saying they were not sure why my account was disabled since it was a new account. All I did was upload a profile photo that wasn’t believed to be me. Being that I wear make up I decided to try and upload a new one with less glam, but wasn’t given the opportunity because my account was disabled. I have never violated any rules listed on the website or otherwise. I have over 200,000 followers on social media. I have been offered to be a representative and influencer for this app. Customer service team has not been helpful. They have also shown no proof why my account was disabled after listing it could be from a number of reasons that could not have happened. I am reporting this to the App Store. This is fraudulent to take money especially in the amount of $69.99 and not offer a refund. Verification should not be happening to my account. I am in America so it takes a long time for them to get back to me. So far, they have been no help. Save your money. Millionaire matchmaker doesn’t do this. Neither does Raya. These are amazing dating apps only giving access to an elite group of people. The Raya app has celebrities with profiles on their app and I’ve never had an issue with them.

    I reached out to Luxy support to ask for a refund of my subscription cost within 30 minutes if purchasing realizing the subscription would not offer me anything worthwhile because you still have to pay for other things. It’s been three days and no help at all. I think I’m talking to an AI that just keeps going in circles, on top of the fact that I only get a response once a day in the middle of the night. I’m not even sure any of the profiles are real people, or they are people who got off the app bc they learned it doesn’t work.

    This app is a scam. They will take your money, most so called high class profiles are fake. Take it from a true user. I wasted $99 and nothing came out of it. It’s fake profiles. And they want you to keep buying more nonsense. You have a better chance on Tinder. Don’t waste your money. It’s ridiculous!!! Management are out just for profit and scamming people. This app should be BARNED!

    If I could give 0 stars I would. The app is so buggy, I couldn’t fully register. 1st - It was loading for a really long time. After 5 attempts, the app finally sent the verification code. Then the Luxy app wouldn’t process the verification code (Yes it was the correct code). Great concept, however it would be nice this app wasn’t one giant glitch. The app has been around too long for these types of issues.
