They keep charging you even after you cancel the subscription

That about says it all.

Jobs postings are scarce. You’re much better off using any of the free services. The company cancellation practices are also very shady. You click to cancel but they don’t process the cancellation and then refuse to issue a refund. Stay away.

Can’t login to the app. Really?

The app lags, the filtering tools don’t seem to do anything when you try to select a particular city. (Target city is Boston? Here’s a job in California!) Some text fields won’t accept text. Needs a lot of work.

The program is very glitchy. It churns and churns, something never getting to the next screen. It takes forever to complete a task. Hard to use and too many problems to be a real contender in this industry.

The service is USELESS, returning useless, nonsense leads in free mode while emailing mercilessly to solicit a paid subscription which I would not do. App deleted after 10 days.

They state they want to help you find a job, but really they want your subscription money. When you sign up, you think it's for a period of time, but really it's for the subscription time when they can charge your account. They didn't notify me prior to charging for the next 3 months. I asked for a refund and they said no. It's disheartening that there are companies like this out there.

This service is useless over priced and their auto renew policy is predatory. I have not found the service useful for the year I paid for and they are now sending me to collections over the auto-renew invoice. Stay away from this company.

I like how it works, but nothing ever comes of it.
