  • Generally good, but crashing often now

    I’m using the basic version just to get used to using this kind of app—and building the habit. It’s been pretty consistent in delivering my basic need: to track how long I’ve actually slept. Problem now is, it’s crashing rather often. I haven’t noticed until I’ve awakened and noticed it was my natural state, not one prompted by the alarm. Wondering if, in addition to fixing the crash reasons (and telling me why this might be happening), the developers would add some sort of alarm or sound before it or as it’s crashing. A crashing noise would be great, or maybe the sound of a deflating balloon?

    Pillow was really helpful with my sleep routine and I really think it would help you too, so I recommend downloading the app. It’s completely free unless you want to add premium and have music while you sleep which also really helps and I just think it would really help for anyone who wants tablet good sleep routine
  • Ineffective in a air cushion bed

    I’ve tried the app for several nights now in a bed with an air cushion that continually adjust to help prevent bed sores. Their pierced to be no position to place the iPhone that allows for positioning sensors to accurately judge sleep state. Perhaps with a watch instead to sense these things this might be a useful application but as it is, it just gives scrambled information as to sleep state.

    It is very beneficial for me to have this app so I can keep track of when I sleep good and when I don’t, obviously I can feel the effects when I get up in the morning when I didn’t really sleep very good night. I’m always fatigue. I’m trying to figure that out now.

    I’ve used the app for a few months now. Nice tracking; however, it will have my sleep starting time an hour later and has even recorded times when I’m not sleeping as like a quick nap. Of all the apps I looked at, this seemed the be the top. If you attempt edit, it only allows an update to the wake time. The optimized bed time feature is nice and perhaps if I used the alarm, it would provide a time based on that. I’ll update if I use it and that changes.

    I have PTSD and tracking my sleep is important. I wear my watch to bed and all day. Please update so that your app can give suggestions on how to improve the quality of sleep or articles that tell me why my numbers are bad and how to improve them. I love the app and the service you provide so please help. Almost all of the people that I served with don’t sleep very long so there are multiple sessions and updating the app just makes it such an important tool for us to use. Thank you in advance.

    The app so far has been fairly new still. I think it’s ok. But then again it’s still fairly new to me as I said before. My sleep pattern is pretty much all over the place so, I’m trying this app to see what it can do for me. Better said I really want it to work out for me because I am tired of not being able to get at least 5 hours of sleep.
