Amazing Colorful Game. I would like to ask why this game only gives you a free 5 more moves to watch a video ONLY when you have multiple crackers or multiple items to serve to customers, but when you are only with one more cracker or one more food/drink products, it does not give you a 5 more moves to watch. Shouldn’t it be like the complete opposite? Especially for someone like me who has OCD and perfectionism but it makes no sense why only when you have, for example, 17 crackers left to feed the dog, Mango, it gives you an option for 5 more moves to watch a quick video, but when I have 1 to 3 crackers left, it does NOT give you an option to watch a video for 5 more moves, is like a video game glitch, or is this on purpose, probably not. Noticed this several times, as I have played this game a lot. Please reply Juice Jam creators.

Broke my winning streak, only two spaces while on a 17th level win streak. Reset twice, it has no possible moves!!! Trying again

I love your game but lately it freezes and that stinks. It lets me play and then when all moves are gone and you click on free moves it freezes and I can’t even x out Fix it

Love I play this every day. So much fun!

I really like playing this game but I only get half a screen when I download it. I’ve contacted support a couple of times and it is fixed for a day where I have a full screen on my Ipad. The next day it is back to a half page again. The last time I tried to contact support it wouldn’t send my request so guess they are sick of me at this point! Update - they still haven’t fixed the problem! I have always liked this game, when I have a full screen!! But alas, only a half screen so will delete it again.

I really like this game but every time an ad loads it crashes and I have to reload the game. I don’t lose my progress or my winning streak which is good but I have to sit and wait for it to reload and it’s annoying because I only have a spare moment now and again to play and I don’t want to waste it reloading the game over and over. I’m perfectly happy to watch ads just make it so they don’t crash the game. Thanks.
