    First time beta testers who are not tech savvy get confused when they go through installing TestPilot (for the first time), accepting terms etc., and then having to go back to test invitation email to look up a code, only to come back to TestPilot to enter and redeem the code. This is complicated and deterring — why can’t the flow be like when TestPilot is already installed. That is, upon installing the app for the first time see existing invitations right there in the app.
