I’ve been on Marco Polo since the beginning of when they first were around. I thought I’d be grandfathered in when they started charging and adding all these features to it. But they took certain features away from what I had already been subscribed to. Think that’s pretty lame. 100+ for the year is pretty steep and ridiculous. That’s why they get four stars but to be fair, it is a very nice way to keep in touch with my friends who are living in a different country and we are on different time zones. Its a good way of keeping in touch. However, again, I can’t justify paying the hundred plus subscription!

I love it so much it is very fun. Not bad but a little glitchy when I send the video don’t know why but I still love the app. If you don’t get it you are missing out. 😘

The videos don’t have enough frames per second so when I sign with my friend the videos always in up choppy and hard to understand our signing.

Family wanted me to use this app to communicate but on iPhone 13 the only option is to signup for a premium account. You know the scam “Sign up for a free trial, but we just will auto bill you in a week without giving you an easy way to cancel”. Yeah, no thanks.

It’s a great way to stay connect with friends family coworkers it’s just a wonderful app. And it’s very easy to use very user-friendly. I’m more than pleased.

Hardly ever let's me type out polo's. It will just sit there with the cursor point but freezes and then kick me out. FIX IT! BEEN DOING IT FOR MONTHS. Getting annoying now!!

My daughter lives in Louisville and we don’t really have time to FaceTime each other. But with Marco Polo, I can send her a clip, she can watch it at her leisure and reply back. Also, with the premium membership I know that she will have these videos long after I’m gone.

I hate talking on the phone and playing phone tag. I also don’t think texting is a sufficient communication tool for anything other than quick messages. Marco Polo is a game changer. It’s allowing me to connect with new people on a deep level and stay in touch with long distance friends in a convenient and meaningful way. 10/10 recommend!

This program lets me experience face-to-face with people on MY time and allows friends and family to listen to me on THEIR time and respond when it’s convenient for them, not just because the phone rings. I get lovely travel logs, garden tours, philosophical discussions and grandkid antics that I can watch when I have time. It’s also an easy way for people who are shy to discuss things in face-to-face or on the phone to actually express themselves freely. It’s allowed me to stay in touch on a “face-to-face basis” with people when it’s convenient for both the sender AND the receiver. I love Marco Polo!
