I have paid for this app! It does not work in the new operating systems! I cannot open it, I cannot retrieve created documents! I am beyond frustrated. I am angry that I can't access or work in this application! C'mon Broderbund... get with it!!!

I try to open but get this message “jna7828050602531436753.tmp” cannot be opened because the developer cannot be verified. waste of my money

*UPDATE* There is a new version for Mac available from Encore/Broderbund (Dec 2020). DO NOT waste your money! "The Printshop for Macintosh" is compatible with Catalina and Big Sur but is veriy buggy. Graphics and small projects (labels, business cards, etc) work area view is too blurry to even see what you're working on. Graphics's views resolutions are terrible with everything pixilated. Never had a desktop publishing app be this bad. I have used Print Shop (both Windows and Mac) programs for 30 years. Each upgrade is a disappointment. App will not open since Catalina upgrade. Get the Java script malware error message (same as other users' complaints listed). Am unable to bypass and allow file under security settings because the .tmp file is renamed every time app is opened. Developers need to fix this with Apple to be "Verified" so that the app will open. App description states that it will work on this Mac. It worked fine before OS upgrade. Very disappointed - I have numerous projects created that I rely on.

I just shelled out $30 for Encore's version of The Print Shop. Can't even open it as I get message that "cannot be opened because the developer cannot be verified." and "MacOS cannot verify that this app is free of malware." I never had this issue with the product from Software Mac Kiev. Can I get my money, back please?

This app shouldn't even be allowed in the App Store if Encore won't bother to update it to be used on the latest OS.

Have brand new macbook pro, downloaded three times, the third time had apple tech try to resolve issue, to no avail. I emailed developer and I am hoping they will be decent enough to issue a full refund.

I keep getting the message "cannot be opened because the developer cannot be verified". I contacted Apple and have requested a refund after several unsuccessful attempts. Apple thinks it's a developer problem. The developer needs to fix this!

I have used The Print Shop for many years (maybe 10 years). My version stopped working when I updated my iOS on Mac. I paid for a new version in the app store, not knowing it does not work with the latest Mac iOS. Waste of money, cannot even open it.
