All the channels you want to watch constantly have delays

I switched from YouTube TV to Sling because YouTube TV was getting too expensive. I like the options for Sling. They have a very affordable option and if you want more channels, you pay a little more I don’t watch much TV. So I got the cheapest plan. I never have any problems with it.

Can't manage account in app. Website doesn't work. Had to chat to support, then bypass the worthless chatbot to finally get a person to do something that should be possible from the app.

I want to watch one football game a week, and that is not worth an entire monthly subscription. Sling Day Pass was PERFECT. Then they removed it without much explanation. What’s funny/insulting is they said “Sling was built to give our customers the ultimate control over their entertainment, and Sling Passes delivered on that promise for millions.” Like, they know it was useful for so many and they’re like “LOL, pay $50 now, jerk.”

Every time I try to get a day pass for the Monday night football game it freezes up this is the third time I’ve gone through this and have to get your AI involved… fix the damn app so people can watch the game without having issues to deal with. B

I paid for three packages inside of Sling to access football games that I could not access. It’s funny they don’t tell you about the blackouts until you go looking for your game. Needless to say it’s the worst service I ever had. The AI help was pathetic and did nothing but repeat the same question then when you finally got on with a real you couldn’t get the help you needed. It was a waste of $92 a month. Very dissatisfied.

I have high speed internet for gaming and the regular shows work but not the live sports. Then when I asked for help they just shined me on. Wouldn’t refund my money either. Every disappointment.

Can not get logged in. Tells me to use wifi (I AM ON WIFI) Keep getting a 403 error when I try their web page. App keeps saying it unavailable and to try again. Sucks sucks sucks sucks SUCKS!

Day Pass advertising is not true. They claim they have certain games on there, but when you actually purchase it those games are not available. Not to mention it's super glitchy on TV. I will say customer service was good. I just wish the games they claim to have on day pass actually were there.
