    LOVE the sonic clarity & quality but no shuffle or search function with CarPlay and no Siri integration kills it for me. Add those features and I’m back as a paid subscriber.

    The music discovery and editorial content on this app is pretty awesome and worth the price. My one wish is that it were a little easier to see albums in your library. That’s how I like to scroll through my catalog, but I am most definitely staying subscribed.

    If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve been paying $19.49 per month for the studio premier subscription for almost two years. I wanted to make it work. I’m a musician, I wanted to pay for a service that streamed high quality music and didn’t screw over my fellow musicians. Unfortunately for the last couple months I have been paying this money for nothing as I can only stream 30 second samples unless I pay $16/month for unlimited streaming. What has this $19.49/month been for?!?! Also why is the rice less now, but I’m being still charged more for no music access!?!? I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling, I’ve tried logging out, I’ve been on every Reddit thread, there is no advice for this in the Qobuz help center and no contact information for getting help. I give up. I’m angry, I’d like my money back. This app has given me nothing but problems for the last couple months. I miss being able to listen to music. I’m canceling my subscription and deleting the app. Boo Qobuz. You’ve lost a committed customer.

    I can login to the website, but not the app. Tried to contact customer service/support, no response. Canceled my subscription immediately. Devs: I emailed support as advised- no response. Not surprising. I’ve reached out now via web chat, email, social media, App Store review.. still an unusable app and not a single word from your support staff. Update: (2 weeks later) y’all took too long to respond and I’ve signed up with Apple Music. A far better service for the same price, that I had zero problems logging in to and using. ✌️
