  • Not being able to pair it with my kids’ phone

I’ve been trying for a week to pair the app with my kids’ phone. I have followed all the instructions and it doesn’t let me. The installed the app in my computer and every time I try to log in it closes. I will have to try another App. :(
  • I don’t really like the app

The app is OK it’s just that it takes off your apps of your phone. It doesn’t put a lock on them or put a code for them. It actually takes the apps off so if I want to ask for access to my apps that I actually have to text somebody or go up to my mom and ask her instead of just, pressing on and asking permission or putting a code in
  • Do not use! Very easy to bypass

This app is not an effect way to limit and monitor screen time. It is very easy to bypass and allow kids unlimited access to apps.

I wanted to give this app a 5-star review. I needed a way to permanently block certain apps for my sons who’d bypass it using the Apple parental stuff. It was working out great, and it was helping with how long they spent on their phones, but I’m frustrated with some issues I’ve run across. I recently purchased OurPact Premium and went to install it on my son’s phone last night. It took me over 30 minutes to figure out why his apps were still gone even though I had given him access to his apps. Then, after all of that, the apps are jumbled and it’s beyond frustrating. If there was a way to keep the apps in the same spot I don’t think I’d be as irritated. I also switched over to OurPact Premium recently thinking it’d be different and that I could remotely access my son’s phone discretely. No, he has to give me permission and it screen records his phone. I don’t see the benefit in that. I’m not exactly sure what I’m even supposed to get out of it? I just feel like the description for Premium was not the actual case. I’m going to be looking into an alternative parental software.
  • Didn’t work/ glitched out without pairing

I tried for 4 hours trying to pair the phone to my computer and it didn’t work I finally got to the part where it says downloading and upgrading the phone but it ended up kinda re-setting my phone to how it used to look and old apps I haven’t had in over a year. And then the application in my computer froze it said remote management on my phone then the whole thing glitched out and stopped working so I basically wasted 4 hours of my life trying to set this up all for nothing. I go back disconnect my phone re-launch the app on my computer and it doesn’t budge at all past the trust this computer prompt I just updated my computer and phone, had Microsoft support assist me with iTunes etc.. it still ain’t working and I’m kinda mad cuz I want to sleep and ended up wasting 4 hours instead 🙄

They claim you can block msging but there’s ways around it so my daughter rebels becuse she goes unaffected by time limits and restrictions I used to use it for controlling bad behavior and rewarding for good but when she’s in control what’s the point I don’t know why I’m paying for this app monthly

I have used this app without issues for several years. However as of 3 days ago, it displays a rainy cloud and can’t be fixed. This means that my daughter doesn’t have access to apps she needs.

Alright so am a child trying to make it so that I have free will and then I see screenshots and activity, this just feels like an invitation of privacy, if the developer doesn’t make it so that I can’t watch memes at like 10:30 then pass out on the account of the amount of memes I’ve been watching, then am gonna do a really bad thing, idk wat yet tho, i might say bad morning to my teacher instead of good morning, or I might put a stick of dynamite up her as when she’s not looking, who knows. All in all, if u get this app then your a female dog aka b word, or your a perv that wants to look at daughter’s boyfriend spicy pics also mom if you’re reading this, just know I learned all of this butiful vocabulary from all those movies i watched also I love u and am going through puberty and also skool suks so am really stressed and I need something to vent in aka Apple Store review section
