Total Garbage. Why would I be excited to pay for a monthly plan? I already bought your app why should I pay for it AGAIN especially when your update screwed up all of my saved documents. Stop milking people when your app doesn’t even work right. Looking for a new app now. Thanks for nothing, greedy whores.

I love this app which is free and adequate in features to use for most people. Even the premium version is very affordable and packed with plenty of powerful features. A full featured, well written and secure app available at a reasonable price or for free with few restrictions on premium features is rare to have in 2024.

Every time any app goes into update mode, it’s a guarantee something isn’t going to work that originally had no issues. Congratulations One Note for adding yourself to this ever growing list!!! It will take me hours, if not days, to repair my custom order of files to the way in which I had them! If I so much as adjust my finger while trying to slide it back to the top, it starts it all over at the bottom-again!! Thank you on top of everything, for wasting my time of well over 3 years of individual notes, in individual file folders! 100’s and 100’s of files mind you. At this point, who knows what else is messed up! You don’t even deserve 1 star for this mess! I recommend you find someone who knows how to code properly, before doing any future updates!!!!

I love this and it’s very useful and I get the use of the upgrade but if it’s 4+ I don’t understand why they put more gb on the upgrade also I’m no expert on apps but would it be that hard to add more gb also other than that once I get a debit or credit card I’ll get the premium but until then it’s 4 stars

I get that their is a limit to photos per notes but I don't think that should mean you can't edit a number counting mistake in the same note. Right note is only allowing me to manage photos and that is definitely quite inconvenient. I hate mistakes and would prefer to fix them as soon as possible. Other than this recent glitch issue. Your app for notes is still the best I have encountered.

This app is everything that apple notes google keep , one note , ever note and apple pages wish to be. Why are all the other nite apps lacking all lacking something or such a pain in so many ways? But this app is like magic. It does everything you want it to do. You can create grouped folders within notebooks, organize notes order by dragging them around, create easy searchable tags. The best part is the instant sync across multiple phone without erasing and overriding stuff from one phone to another. It is smart and just sync’s everything unless you deleted it. And even then it has a deleted folder. So many other features. And it only cost $20 per year for Pro version. The closest thing to this Evernote and it’s almost $180 per year for pro version, and still is t as good as this Notebook. This app made my life so much easier,

I’ve asked Zoho multiple times via email to fix a core functionality like sorting the notebooks by “last modified date” and years later, it still doesn’t work… Zoho seems to have great developers but poor management execution as this is a very simple thing to fix and their own app has it as a sorting option, yet, it still doesn’t work… what’s comical is that when I’ve written to support about this via email, they said that the function is working as intended, despite the sort by “last modified date” not actually working so go figure… Zoho has shiny object syndrome and poor execution as core functionality of their CRM also has similar issues as well…
