  • Great resource

Appreciate this resource. As a senior it is important to be alert to scams. My only negative is the charge for information that was originally included. Being on a restricted budget means making choices that I might not like but need to make. So I just have to be more alert on my own. Thanks for your app
  • Was great until you had to pay to get information.

Now - it’s just better than nothing. I no longer recommend to anyone.
  • Hiya dissapoints. I get 2-3 robocalls a day that Hiya give no warning to.

Most spam gets through. Look for another option.

Rarely flags spam/scam calls. >90% of such calls get through. I always report them using the Hiya app but they keep coming... sometimes from numbers I’ve previously reported. I think I’m adding more value to them than they are to me. (Using free version)

If I didn’t enter the numbers in this app to block them it would never block anything. It is a waste of time.
  • Not free

Downloaded this app a couple weeks ago and out of the 25 spam phone calls I have received, this app has managed to block only one.

I paid for the premium, but this app really doesn’t track calls and warn me on a consistent basis. It doesn’t appear to block calls. I have to paste the number into the app and ask for a search to get a name of the caller. However, about 90% of the time, there is no information. Yet, this goes against my 200 call identification limit. I wont be renewing. Verizon is coming out with a free robo/spam call blocker in March, 2019. I hope it works better.
