I have used Spark for years. They are always improving and integrating best practices. The UI is great and like the clean view. Try it.

Well, all was well until a couple of days ago when the app stopped working correctly. I can see the emails but nothing opens. I’m probably going to delete the app in a couple more days if thing aren’t corrected.

Many reasons but here are two: 1. They monitor and sell your personal info 2. You cannot see the actual email address a message comes from, just the title/name. So, if an unrecognized message comes through that is spam, the only way to determine is to actually OPEN the message, thus alerting spammers that your address is live and ready for abuse. How such poorly thought through software could make it through beta testing without a critical shortfall being addressed is baffling

I used this app for years and it was truly the best for organizing emails. Ever since they introduced AI, it's progressively gotten worse. Emails don't open, sending emails doesn't go through, the deleted or read emails don't sync properly, seen emails sit in the unread categories so it's no longer easy to delete big groups of emails. I've tried to uninstall and reinstall several times, but this is the last straw when I couldn't even open or send an email. Keep in mind, it's not my phone or network, it works fine when I open in the other apps. Not sure what they are doing these days, but it was working just fine a couple years ago. I hope it gets fixed one day because I used to love the organization of it separating my emails in categories for easy viewing and deleting.

I have been using this app on iPad, iPhone, and the Mac for a little over two years now. I won’t list out the dozens of tiny little nitpicky things that kept making me hate every other app. I actually think the stock Apple mail app is solid. I am a believer in inbox Zero, it keeps my life calm. To avoid paying a subscription, I have tried switching back to free options several times, and I can only make it about two weeks before my inbox is overwhelmed. I have also tried several paid apps, including canary and shortwave among others, taking advantage of their free trials. If I had to pick a second favorite, it would be shortwave, but the fact is spark has very similar AI features as then and is just as good at grouping emails and intelligently only showing you high priority ones when you are busy and providing you with the ability to rip through dealing with them efficiently, all while being much more affordable somehow. Coming from someone who has tried them all, I have to say that unless you are willing to spend $30 a month on superhuman, spark is the best thing there is.

Very disappointed in this app as I’ve been using for several years and was paying for the app. Every time I open the app on my MacBook Pro I have to re-establish/create all my email accounts each and every time. 3 times now and as they say 3 strikes and you’re out. Very unstable on MacBook Pro platform, but works great on iPhone 13 Pro and new iPad Pro. But I need an email app that works on al 3 of my devices or I’m not able to justify using and paying for it. When I initially installed on my MacBook Pro for some reason all 4 emails accounts were removed from the Apple mail app and made it unusable without setting up all 4 accounts again in it, not sure why this happened, maybe coincidental, maybe? All said and done, Frustrating to say the least!
