  • Maps are awful

    If you use this app for navigation to your deliveries then you will have a bad time. The map displays a text icon of the road you are currently on over the icon representing your location. This makes things extremely difficult. The map does not seem to use the phone’s compass. This causes disorientation after a delivery and many wrong turns when leaving. The map constantly switches the display mode. I prefer to have the the map rotate with me so up is always forward. You can do this, but it keeps switching back to alternate views. When I pan and zoom to look ahead it keeps fighting me and panning back to my current location. The map is terrible and DANGEROUS! The more I have to fiddle with the map the less I can pay attention to the road!

    Every tine they update the app get worse Remove the puzzle thats make the app worse I get stock after the eesolve the puzzle I cant get blocks

    Tienen que valorar más lo q paga la base hay lugares que son muchos paquetes incluyen muchas cajas de agua o sodas y hay q subir escalera hasta un 5 piso sin absensor y muchas veces las propinas no son lo q se espera además de la distancia de un lugar a otro mejoren la paga de ustedes como base al final la propina es opcional y uno es el único dañado

    El prestar un servicio, en mi tiempo, conocer la ciudad, llevar sonrisas a los clientes, que a la vez me permite tener un estatus laboral y recibir los ingresos, es una oportunidad que agradezco a este país y a Amazon.     Fantastic personnel ! You can work when and how often you want! If you need a few days to a week off no problem! I really love the independence to work nights or days 2 hour runs 3.5 hours runs ect … If I have questions personnel are happy to answer or help thank you !

  • Block pay and block request

    I’m never allowed to receive any block request I have requested a block three times now and not one time did I get it,?and to be honest I really think that we could be compensated a bit more for delivering to these customers 102.00 is not enough for a five hour block especially when we are going over an hour away for the first drop and twenty minutes for the second and so on

    The flex program just continues to go downhill. I’ve been doing it almost 3 year and it just keeps getting worse. The app is a complete joke. Mine will freeze every time I try and schedule a block resulting in me missing out on scheduling the block. Not to mention lately I get hit with a Captcha puzzle back to back on every block I try to get. I complete the puzzle go to schedule the block and it asks me to do another one. Completely pointless to even try and schedule something. Not to mention they recently lowered the pay in my area. Not even worth it anymore. Amazon will come after you for every single thing…. Most of which is out of our control.
