    Submitted work requests are super limited. Does not have all categories required. Super limited on the options. If it does not fit your category, you have to choose a category that doesn’t fit in order to submit it.

    The selections for maintenance requests is very difficult to submit requests. The importance level, categories, and subcategories make it nearly impossible to submit an accurate request. I had to select a “tile flooring” issue in order to request maintenance on my door.

    Won’t link to bank account, separates utilities from total rental. Interface is horrible, and not enough options when trying to submit a maintenance request
