Slow speeds, constantly having to sign back in, websites sometimes taking forever to load, random lag spikes while trying to play games. Would not recommend, if you can get any alternative internet service provider than do it, don’t get boingo

Frequent outages, slow connection, subpar customer service. You’re better off using your microwave’s hotspot.

I think they have one underpaid guy coding their app and website. Overpriced for slow internet and app and website that barely works. It literally tells you to download the app in the app.

My meta quest will not get internet even though I added the MAC address multiple times. ❌❌❌
  • Nonfunctional app

Can’t even log into the app. It just gives a bug that an icon can’t load, then kicks back to the login screen for an endless loop of frustration. What’s the point of even developing an app if bugs aren’t addressed?

Although boingo is available everywhere the speed and connectivity are unbearable. Some days are decent but you can rely on waiting for anything to load. The price for what you get is unfair to say the least and wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone. The dod should give a contract to spectrum so marines aren’t forced to deal with this service.
