I have always enjoyed reading the paper and nonetheless now that we are in the digital age. I read the dispatch cover to cover every day.

Terrible. I have been a Dispatch reader for over 50 years and paid for online access since it started and in January 2017 I changed my credit card number. Since then they won't allow payment and there is no customer service. Numerous telephone calls doesn't help and calls to the administrative offices are not returned. I can read the headlines on my iPhone for free. Wonder how many hundreds of customers have been lost because of their complete disregard for their customers. Maybe this is the only way to get through to them.

I see a value in local reporting. However, the subscription cost is insane. The app sends alerts to 99% subscriber access stories. I deleted the app and will not subscribe or be a consumer for ads on the free side. Nice work Gannett.

The Dispatch and probably most other Gannett publications have become worthless. The printed news has already been reported 2-3 days ago from other sources.
  • The dispatch thinks breaking news is just endless buckeye notification. UGH

As a subscriber, I am so sick of getting endless Buckeye notifications. Users should be able to pick what category notifications they receive. I want breaking news. Real, actual news.

I I am 71 years old. Love newspapers but unfortunately due to where I live I can only have digital format. This format is fabulous when it comes to enlarging print, colored pictures and extended reading material BUT trying to navigate the site is a challenge and appears to change every day. HELP!

It’s as good as having the physical newspaper in your hand!
