  • Expensive, hard to cancel, AI journalism

Seems that the quality of the reporting has gone downhill as fast as the cost of the subscription has gone up. More and more articles read as if edited by an AI bot, include pictures that don’t belong to the article, and the price has gone up to $20 (ok, just $19.99) per month for digital only. More that I pay for the NYT and WaPo combined. You can do many things online, but not cancel your subscription. You can do many things over the phone over the weekends, but not cancel your subscription. I wanted to support local journalism but I now feel taken advantage of.
  • Can’t change options

I like Delawareonline but I don’t understand why they give you the option to change your privacy settings and then you are not allowed because the settings are always Active. Please Help with this. Thank you.

This app keeps freezing up. I can’t get through a newspaper without having to reboot my device at least once
  • Flaky app

The user interface is very flaky, often doing the wrong thing. Getting through the paper each morning is always a slog. And trying to print out the puzzles offers even more lags.

I like it because of local news. The Android App needs improvement.
  • No improvement using iPad app

This is a terrible app, and I am close to closing my subscription. I complained about this a couple of months ago and there’s been no improvement. The app crashes freezes won’t allow you to sign in and generally is terrible. I have no problem with my Wall-street Journal app.

The screens bomb out thus needing to restart the app. 5 to 6 times per day. Pop up ads I don’t want and thought I wouldn’t get because I’m paying for the subscription. Front page article is usually something I’m not interested in and belongs on another page.

I have not received the newspaper two times this week. Today Sunday is an important paper for me. I would like a copy of the obituaries. I have bee a customer for over 0 years. I don’t think I should be treated the way. I would like to have the Sunday paper.
